NVIDIA Installer Failed
If you are having trouble installing recent nvidia graphics drivers in particular nvidia update then try the following steps:
Press windows+r to open ‘Run program’
type ‘lusrmgr.msc’ to open user controls
Select User folder
Delete Updateususer
Try to re-install again
